Quality control of products can be performed at the beginning of production (to verify that the production line has started correctly) and at the end of production.
Depending on client requests and the quantity of products, it is possible to conduct 100% quality control, where every product is inspected, or 50% quality control, where products are examined in a random order.
Clients most often opt for random inspection of products, which takes one working day.
After the quality control is completed, you will receive a report of 20+ pages with detailed information about the factory and products, photographs, and highlighted irregularities.
Once you confirm the report and indicate that everything is satisfactory with the goods, we will proceed with loading.
The deadline for delivering the report is one working day, and if inspectors identify significant irregularities, you will be promptly informed.
