To safely import goods from China, it is crucial to ensure the reliability of the supplier you are working with.

If you have found the supplier on one of the popular ordering websites for goods from China, the first step in verifying the supplier may be to check their available ratings, the number of comments, and live images of the products.

However, none of the online information available guarantees the reliability and legitimacy of the supplier.

The Process of Verifying Factories in China

The method of factory verification that we implement for all our clients is the same one we recommend to you – a direct visit by an inspector to the factory's address.

Once the inspector confirms that the factory is indeed located at the registered address (which is often not the case), documentation, licenses, liquidity, employee status, production facilities, product quality, and any other necessary checks are conducted within one business day.

If the inspector identifies any irregularities, we will inform you during the factory verification process.

Upon completion of the factory inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report within one to two business days, spanning over 20 pages.

The report includes detailed photographs of the factory, information about the factory and its organizational structure, copies of available documentation regarding licenses, transactions, and employees, a list of equipment, production facilities, available products in the factory, and any other details as agreed upon.

The factory inspection service is also available as an individual service.
